CLINIC DIRECTOR

Maybe you're here because you feel stuck in a cycle of anxiety or depression and can't seen to break out. Maybe you find it hard to communicate with your friends and family members. Or perhaps you are a first, second, or third generation immigrant trying to navigate the complexities of cultural identity and connecting with your parents. children, or grandparents. Whatever your reason for being here, I am here to support you on the journey toward understanding and healing. I work with children, families, couples, and adults struggling with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress management, and family dynamics.
I don't have a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each individual is unique, and I tailor my treatment plans to match your specific goals, needs, and preferences. Whether you're a child, adult, couple, or family, I work collaboratively with you to create a holistic, personalized approach that empowers you on your journey and considers your environment.
I have a particular passion for supporting the BIPOC community and helping newcomers and their families find balance among different cultural and generational values. Being one of the few people of colour practicing in Niagara, I prioritize creating a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment where all clients feel safe to explore their experiences.
